"Accidents are not evidence of the failure of humans, rather they are evidence of the failure to respect the human condition
                                                                                                                    - Professor James Reason

Did you know that when workers are fatigued, they are more likely to exercise poor judgement and have a slow reaction to signals?

Fatigued workers are less able to respond effectively to changing circumstances. This would eventually lead to the possibility of incident due to human error. Human errors are unavoidable but when the consequences of it affect critical industries, it can be a disaster. Human errors are inevitable but it can be minimized.

To address this challenge, the Fatigue-Risk Management Forum is designed to help you reduce the risks and costs caused by fatigue and build up a comprehensive Fatigue Management System.
