An independent specilised Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Recruitment Company was a vision of our company founder for many years in early 2008 that vision became a reality with the birth of hseq-one. hseq-one is an Australian privately owned and operated recruitment service company with offices in Brisbane Queensland and Perth Western Australia.
We operate exclusively in the Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction and Engineering sectors and our clients range from engineering consultancies, major owner operator oil companies, international EPCM’s to the largest diversified mining companies in the world.
Inclusive to providing Health Safety, Environment and Quality professionals of all levels we also provide Risk Management, Emergency Response and Training personal. These professionals are sourced locally and internationally to meet the unique requirements of our clients and candidates alike in today’s dynamic and ever changing work place.

Occupational Risk Solutions (ORS) provides integrated risk management solutions in the areas of occupational safety and health, human resources and workers' compensation.
Whilst based in Perth, Western Australia our work regularly involves a national and international scope, with many projects requiring our staff to be on-site in remote locations. We have the specialist resources to place senior staff on-site whenever and wherever required.
What We Do
At ORS we work with clients to ensure their regulatory compliance, establish and maintain systems to improve workplace safety and health, and help manage workplace incidents and claims.
Our services are set across six areas and can be provided at various stages, from an Initial Audit through to Training and Monitoring.
